BikeExchange Stage 5 is a favourite for the spectators as it often decides the eventual winner of the Santos Tour Down Under. 

The day starts in McLaren Vale, famous for its winemaking. The town is sure to be in party mode before the peloton heads for the iconic Willunga Hill, where fans flock to the side of the road to cheer on their heroes.
