**Bupa members, Cycling Australia members and UniSA staff are entitled to the members’ price.
Early bird registration offer closed on Thursday 12 July 2012.
Registrations have been extended to close 5pm AST Monday 14 January 2013, after this time, no late registrations can been included.
Individuals can register until 5pm AST Monday 14 January 2013.
If you are registering as an individual, please enter your details as required in the registration form and leave the team questions blank.
If you wish to join a team after you have completed your registration, please email breakawayseries@tourism.sa.com by 5pm AST Monday 22 October 2012 with the following information:- Your name
- Bizgate (BZ) reference number
- Team code (check with your team captain if you are unsure what this is)

Team registration
Team registrations have now closed.
Groups of 5 or more riders can form a team and have their team name printed on the back of the official event jersey. Team captains must register their team name and receive a unique code for all team members to include in their registration.

Team captains
Each team must have a nominated team captain. This person does not have to ride themselves but is responsible for:
- Registering the team name
- Ensuring all team members are registered by 5pm AST Monday 22 October 2012
- Confirming team members after the close off date
- Collecting and distributing all team jerseys/t-shirt and ID items
- Receiving and passing on any communication specific to teams.

Captains: Registering a team
Step 1
Team names will be declined by management if they conflict with event sponsors or are considered offensive.
Step 2
Bupa Challenge Tour staff will confirm your team registration and provide you with a unique code to pass onto team members to use when they register. Please advise all team members to use this code when they complete the online registration form otherwise they will not be included in the team.
Step 3
Bupa Challenge Tour staff will email you a list with all the registered riders by Friday 26 October 2012.
Step 4
Confirm in writing that the team list is correct by Friday 9 November 2012. This is the last chance for changes to be made to jersey sizes or the team name.
Step 5
Collect and distribute jerseys and ID items to team members. You will be able to collect these in January (exact dates to be confirmed). If you are unable to collect these items, then you will need to advise the Bupa Challenge Tour in writing who will be collecting the jerseys on your behalf.

Team members
If you will be riding as part of a team, please ensure you obtain the team code from the captain prior to completing your online registration. You will need this to complete your registration. To ensure you are qualified to ride with your chosen team you need to be registered by 5pm AST Monday 22 October 2012. The team captain will be responsible for collecting and distributing your event jersey and ID item in January (exact collection dates to be confirmed).

Event jersey
Each year, a distinctive jersey is designed for all Bupa Challenge Tour participants. The jersey is made by Australian cycling apparel supplier Scody and is only for registered participants.Download the event jersey size chart here
Size changes may be able to be accommodated until 5pm Friday 9 November 2012. If you need to request a size change, please email us with:
- Your name
- Bizgate (BZ) reference number
- Current jersey size
- New jersey size
No changes to jersey sizes will be made after 5pm AST Friday 9 November 2012 or at collection.
