Start your day by flying from Melbourne to Adelaide on the morning of Thursday 24 January in time to cheer the peloton from your exclusive viewing area at the start of BikeExchange.com.au Stage 3, as riders head towards the Adelaide Hills.

Follow in a chartered coach and enjoy a sumptuous lunch at the Stirling Hotel and a tour of The Cedars – the historic home of artist Sir Hans Heysen. Next enjoy wine with matching cheeses at Shaw and Smith Wines and in the evening a three-course dinner with wine overlooking the vineyards at Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre.

On Friday, visit Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop for morning tea and Schild Estate Wines for a grazing platter and some local wine. Round out your afternoon watching the riders sprint to the Bupa Stage 4 finish line, from the comfort of a special viewing area in the main street of Tanunda. Your last stop is a visit to the Adelaide City Council Tour Village and Bike Expo, before flying home to Melbourne.
